We're looking for a talented Dynamics Platform Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you'll apply your software engineering expertise to develop new features, resolve bugs, tackle technical debt, and continuously enhance our ways of working. Your contributions will help deliver high-quality, impactful software solutions that bring real value to our customers.What you'll be doing:Building clean, maintainable features and resolving end-to-end issues with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to drive effective customer outcomesManaging technical debt proactively to ensure our systems remain secure, resilient, and reliableImproving testing strategies to uphold exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on security, usability, and accessibilityParticipating in code reviews that consider both functional and non-functional requirements—performance, maintainability, resiliency, and securityEnhancing team practices across security, quality, deployment, monitoring, and operations to support seamless and safe production releasesContributing actively to team discussions and knowledge sharing to foster collaboration and ensure smooth sprint deliveryDeveloping your skills through ongoing training and continuous learning aligned with your role and disciplineUpholding Legal & General’s principles on Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of our workQualificationsWho we're looking for:Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Dynamics 365 (Customer Service or Sales), Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SSRS, Logic Apps, or Azure Data FactoryStrong grasp of software testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern release strategiesSolid understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and KanbanProven ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable codeSkilled in debugging and solving complex technical challengesCollaborative mindset and effective teamworking skillsWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
