A leading family feel, Hard FM contractor, currently has a key requirement for a Lead electrical bias engineer for a static commercial media space in London. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, AHU and FCU maintenance, small plumbing repairs and other reactive work. Paid up to £47,000

As an Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will be: -

* Electrical Building Services Engineer will cover service and Maintenance of BMS front end systems * Electrical Building Services Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant * Electrical Building Services Engineer will complete breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant * Electrical Building Services Engineer will fault find and repair Electrical systems and Mechanical plant * Electrical Building Services Engineer will be based on the Clients site, which is a large high-end residential site *Electrical Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £47,000 depending on experience

Requirements for the Electrical Building Services Engineer: -
