Electrical Design Engineer Stafford Permanent AutoCAD – GBP35–45k plus hybrid, 30 days holiday, bonus scheme & private healthcare cover

Samuel Frank is recruiting for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join a specialist Stafford based engineering company. The Electrical Design Engineer role will suit an Engineer with a Degree and around 1–3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Experience with AutoCAD software for 2D electrical modelling and control panel design
• Have some experience of producing detailed schematics and accurate technical drawings
• Some knowledge of analysing and solving design–related issues effectively.
• Successful Electrical Design Engineer will have experience in developing wiring diagrams, ensuring proper connections and adherence to safety standards.
• Knowledge of different types of electrical components and their functionalities, including the ability to select appropriate components for specific applications.
• Electrical Design Engineer will need to be a British passport holder and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years, as you ll be put through basic level security clearance.
• The company encourages and will support Engineers taking on Chartered status / MSc qualifications etc.

Requirements

• Qualified to least Degree level essential
• Mondays and Fridays you ll work from home with the rest of the week being office based
• 30 days holiday per year as well as the statutory Bank Holidays
• Their offices are easily commutable from Stoke, Stafford, Cannock, Lichfield, Telford, Uttoxeter, Stone.
