Electrical Design Engineer — 12 Month Contract — £45-50 per hour — OUTSIDE IR35 — Aberdeen/Remote Working

We have a new contract with a cutting-edge technology company using artificial intelligence and advanced engineering to create innovative solutions across energy, robotics, and industrial automation. They are looking for forward-thinking individuals who want to shape the future of AI and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on electrical systems design including power distribution, control systems, and automation.
• Apply knowledge of electrical design practices to develop reliable and efficient solutions.
• Support wiring harness design and integration of components, sensors, actuators, servo motors, and control hardware.
• Contribute to the design of integrated electro-mechanical products for the industrial market.
• Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to drive innovative solutions.
• Contractor to start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, including power distribution, control systems, and automation.
• Experience with EPLAN.
• Familiarity with wiring harness design, component integration, sensor technologies, actuators, servo motors and control hardware.
• Industry knowledge of designing integrated electro-mechanical products for the industrial market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
