Electrical Design Engineer – 12 Month Contract – GBP45–50 per hour – OUTSIDE IR35 – Aberdeen/Remote Working

We have a new contract with a cutting–edge technology company using artificial intelligence and advanced engineering to create innovative solutions across energy, robotics, and industrial automation. Driven by a commitment to pushing the boundaries of what's possible, they're looking for forward–thinking individuals who want to shape the future of AI and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical design support for power distribution, control systems, and automation in integrated electro–mechanical products for the industrial market.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop electrical systems and wiring harness concepts as part of product development.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, including power distribution, control systems, and automation.
• Experience with EPLAN.
• Familiarity with wiring harness design, component integration, sensor technologies, actuators, servo motors and control hardware.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the design of integrated electro mechanical products for the industrial market.
• Problem–Solving: Strong analytical and problem–solving skills, with the ability to drive innovative solutions.
