Rates: £40.64 per hour inside / umbrella The role: Working as part of the Stage 1 Electrical Platform Systems Engineering Team. Authoring, developing and managing documentation to support the Electrical Functional Design for the latest Naval Ships. As an Electrical Engineer you will be involved in the development of the electrical solution for the ships. Author, develop and manage Single Line Diagrams / Cable Schedules Author, develop and manage Technical Equipment Specifications Author, develop and manage Schedules of Work Support the Senior/Principal Engineers in the discharge of their roles Change management support Skills: * Minimal experience in engineering or a defence related industry * Strong understanding of Detail Design Requirements as immediate customer in Engineering Lifecycle * Understanding of lifecycle management process Background This is an exciting opportunity to work for a global business that has developed a strategy of working closely with its contingent workforce.
