Electrical Engineer / Electrician required to join a leading M&E (mechanical & electrical) installation company.

The successful Electrical Engineer / Electrician will be field-based, covering Devon, Plymouth, Cornwall, Dorest and surrounding areasresponsible for installation, maintenance, testing, and fault finding across a range of industrial, commercial, and domestic projects. The role will have a strong focus on supporting HVAC systems, controls, and renewable technologies, working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality electrical installations.

The Electrical Engineer / Electrician must hold recognised electrical qualifications, including 18th Edition certification and a Gold CSCS/ECS card, with proven experience in electrical installation and maintenance. Candidates with 2391 Test & Inspection and/or SSSTS/SMSTS are particularly encouraged to apply, as long-term progression opportunities are available.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for power, lighting, and controls. Carry out wiring and electrical support for HVAC, BMS, and renewable energy systems. Perform testing, inspection, and fault finding in line with 18th Edition and IEE regulations. Support project delivery across industrial, commercial, and domestic sites. Qualified Electrician with recognised electrical qualifications. Gold CSCS/ECS card and 18th Edition certification (BS 7671). Full UK driving licence. Experience across industrial, commercial, or domestic electrical projects. 2391 Test & Inspection and/or SSSTS / SMSTS certification is advantageous.
