Electrical Engineer Bank, City of London £45,000 - £48,000

We've got a brilliant opportunity for an Electrical Engineer to join our well established client within the building service industry based in Bank, City of London! This is a standout role if you're looking to be valued within the maintenance team, gain valuable M&E exposure, receive on-going training and to be valued for your valuable engineering knowledge.

This Electrical Engineer role will have you carry out PPM and reactive maintenance, respond to emergencies, fill out site logbooks, respond to client needs and ensure all M&E plant is working efficiently.

Electrical Engineer Duties:

Perform PPM and reactive maintenance tasks Work with Single & Three Phase Power systems, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarms, Pumps, and BMS Safely isolate plant and systems when required Ensure all repairs and corrective works meet current regulations and standards Promote and adhere to safe working practices and procedures Maintain accurate records, including RAMS and logbooks Manage tasks via PDA system – raising and closing jobs as needed

Electrical Engineer Requirements:

Fully qualified in Electrical engineering / installations (City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent) At least 3 years experience within commercial building maintenance Great understanding of commercial electrical and mechanical systems Client facing attitude

Salary and Package:

£45,000 - £48,000 per annum Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm / 9am - 6pm) Join a well renowned building service provider Company pension scheme 25 days annual leave + annual leave On-going training Overtime available Internal progression
