My client is a leading Facilities Maintenance provider and has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Services Multi Skilled Engineer (electrical biased) to work on a static site in central London.

The electrical engineer will be completing PPM's and reactive maintenance on commercial facilities to electrical and HVAC plant.

What’s on offer for the electrical engineer:

Permanent full time position, Mon-Fri standard 40 hours

£40,000 - £42,000 + Overtime

Description:

The multi skilled electrical engineer will be required to:

Complete PPM and reactive maintenance to HVAC systems such a splits, FCU's and AHU’s

Provide general building services upkeep services

Liaise with end user on site

and completion of tasks and H&S paperwork

Ensure compliance on each plant/system

Provide small works, repair and remedial engineering services

Electrician duties – generalist

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be Multi Skilled and a Fully Qualified Electrical Engineer

The electrical engineer must be electrically biased (with NVQ/C&G plus 18th edition)

Must have experience of building services and HVAC / mechanical maintenance

Previous experience in building services and high level commercial contracts, PPM & reactive maintenance, repair and refurb

Attitude is important to, MUST be self starters, articulate, well presented with a drive and passion to succeed

Must be willing to assist end client in other requirements if needed, i.e. blocked toilet etc..

Must be willing to complete risk assessments and be fully versed with contract paperwork, ie. Job sheets and technical reporting
