Contract: Permanent, Full-time

    • Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain, repair, and install manufacturing production equipment, supporting both electrical and some mechanical needs
  • Quickly respond to breakdowns and minimise downtime
  • Diagnose and repair faults on PLC and electronically controlled equipment
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety, HACCP, and hygiene requirements
  • Follow a detailed, methodical approach to fault finding and repair
  • Provide onsite support for continuous improvement projects
  • Communicate any delays or issues clearly to relevant parties

    • About you:

  • Understanding of PLC and electronic controlled equipment with experience diagnosing faults
  • Qualification to the latest IEE wiring regulations desirable but not essential
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management skills to keep factory running smoothly
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene standards
  • Team player, willing to support others through busy periods
  • Full driving licence
