Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Electrical Engineer

to design, develop, and support electrical systems for defence platforms and infrastructure. This role involves working on high-integrity systems in a secure, safety-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and wiring harnesses for defence equipment.

Produce technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Support system integration, testing, and fault-finding.

Ensure compliance with defence standards and safety regulations.

Collaborate with mechanical, systems, and software teams across projects.

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (or related field).

Experience in electrical design for defence, aerospace, or industrial systems.

Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, EPLAN, or Altium.

Understanding of EMC, power distribution, and safety-critical design

Eligible for SC / DV security clearance.

Desirable:

Familiarity with military standards (e.g. DEF STANs, MIL-STDs).

Experience with high-reliability or ruggedised systems.

Knowledge of systems engineering and lifecycle processes.
