- The Role: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Engineer to join a specialist organisation based in Renfrewshire, Scotland. - Key Responsibilities: - Wiring and commissioning of electrical networks, power electronics, electric machines, LV protection, switchgear, and related control systems - Designing, scoping, and planning technical requirements in line with project needs, including procurement and delivery oversight - Developing and influencing robust electrical maintenance programmes to ensure system reliability - Applying sound knowledge of health & safety legislation relevant to the energy supply sector, particularly in LV and HV operations - Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and industry partners to deliver high-quality technical outcomes - Providing proactive input during project delivery, ensuring multiple demands are managed effectively, with safety as a priority Electrical Engineer

- You: - Strong technical expertise across LV protection systems, control systems, and electrical commissioning - Proven ability to manage projects, from initial design through to on-site delivery. - Clear and effective written & verbal communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across all levels - Demonstrated behavioural approach to operational safety and commitment to maintaining the highest standards - Negotiation and interpersonal skills that support collaborative working and issue prevention - The ability to work independently and manage competing demands effectively - Someone who is enthusiastic, positive, and resilient, with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards safety and delivery Electrical Engineer
