The
Electrical, Control & Instrument Engineer
(EC&I) at our Bolton, Greater Manchester site is responsible for technical leadership and lead continuous improvement initiatives and projects on the plant to ensure a safe and reliable operation at optimum maintenance cost. In this role you will implement maintenance strategies for all equipment and systems, ensuring all planned maintenance tasks are correctly specified and critical spares are available to allow the maintenance team to effectively complete tasks. You will act as the site lead for all engineering Root Cause Analyses and implementation of recommendations to prevent reoccurrences, manage KPIs, compile reliability status monthly reports, analyze trends and develop improvement projects to address the issues of concern, make continuous improvement a way of life. This role is ideal for someone with relevant qualifications and experience from a similar manufacturing environment looking for a new opportunity to grow and develop within an international company supporting a top tier Comah site. Engineering GAP-analysis and leads the Reliability Excellence (Rx) program implementation Asset Criticality analysis Develops and implement best practice maintenance strategies and reliability programs, procedures and guidelines, such as the Rx-matrix.
