Our client base continues to grow month on month and as a result we are now looking for a talented Electrical Engineer to join us on our upward journey.Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The purpose of the Electrical Engineer is to provide reactive and planned preventative maintenance for building engineering systems and services.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain low voltage (LV) electrical systems and perform PPM routines.Repair and maintain electrical equipment and fixtures.Perform EICR Testing.Ensure compliance with BS7671 wiring regulations.Liaise with helpdesk for task responses.Maintain site logbooks, compliance certification, and produce reports.Participate in emergency call-out services.Emergency Lighting Testing and Light Fitting Replacement, including Safe Isolation.Essential Qualifications.City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation.City and Guilds Level 3 certificate in the requirements for electrical installations BS 7671 (18th Edition)City & Guilds 2391 inspection & testing.Driver’s License (No more than 6 points)Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.Ipaf & Pasma (Desirable but not essential)Package & BenefitsCompetitive basic Salary£155 a week Stand – by rate.25 days holiday plus bank holidaysCompany van with private usage optionFuel CardTravel time paid door to door.Overtime paid at time and a half.Uniform & PPEPensionWorking hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pmSpecialist tools provided.
