Electrical Engineer £43,000 - £48,000 +25 Days Holiday + Life Assurance + Career progression Due to ongoing growth within a well performing contract, an established FM provider are looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a site based in the Marylebone area. The relationship with this client started with a portfolio of 3 buildings a 6 team members. Since then, the account has grown to over 60 buildings and a headcount of 45 reflecting the strong and growing relationship with the managing agent and client. You'll have the chance to grow within the contract with ample opportunities for development available. Responsibilities: Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), as well as reactive and breakdown repairs, on all mechanical and electrical systems within the site. Demonstrate knowledge of UPS, generators, PDUs, power distribution, and general maintenance tasks. Use graphical information and alarm data to diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.
