What You’ll Be Doing Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring all work meets health, safety, and environmental standards. Lead the weekly maintenance schedule in your area. Manage and develop a team of tradespeople and apprentices, ensuring competency and high performance. Promote a safety-first culture by enforcing isolation procedures, investigating incidents, and ensuring proper training. Drive reliability-focused initiatives and lead site reliability projects using lean principles. Support fault diagnosis and provide technical training to the maintenance team.
