NG Bailey is hiring a Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team, overseeing the maintenance of a new commercial building on a long-term, prestigious client contract we've proudly held since 2012.

Monday to Friday Days Only or (NO ON CALL) - this will be discussed at Interview stage

Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: 

• Deliver PPM to all plant and associated equipment in-line with agreed programmes / SLA's in order to meet Client and Statutory Compliance.
• Understanding of Smart Building Technology
• Good understanding on the operation chilled closed systems and associated plant
• Demonstrate a good understanding of L8 water treatment and water treatment log books     
• To maintain premises to an exceptionally high standard
• Develop excellent working relationships with our client their staff or appointed representative through good customer service.
• To ensure that all applicable site documentation is kept up to date as this will be regularly audited either by internal or external parties.
• Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work. 
• Have a knowledge on the operation of BMS systems

What we’re looking for :

• NVQ Level 2-3 (Electrical Discipline or City and Guilds equivalent)
• 18th Edition
• AM2 would be advantageous
• Capable of undertaking Remedial and Reactive Repairs with minimal supervision.
• IOSH Working / Managing Safely (Desirable)
• Safe system of Work Procedure – PTW; RAMS etc (Desirable)
• L8 Training (Desirable)
