Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite The Opportunity Join a well-established, family-oriented manufacturing business with a low staff turnover and excellent working culture. You'll be part of a tight-knit team of 5 engineers, working across a range of legacy and modern machinery used in printing, packaging, and production. What You'll Do Electrical and mechanical breakdown response
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM & CBM)
Fault finding on production machinery
Installations, upgrades, relocations, modifications
Working with single and three-phase systems
Supporting project work and machine improvements
Collaborating with production and engineering teams
Machinery & Systems Include: Conveyors, print & packaging lines
Motors, drives, control panels
PLC-controlled equipment (Siemens/Allen Bradley etc.)
Pneumatics, belts, bearings, pumps
Automation equipment & sensors
Shift Pattern (Weekly Rotation) Mornings:
Mon-Wed: 6am-2pm
Thu: 6am-1pm
Fri: 6am-12:30pm Afternoons:
Mon-Wed: 2pm-10pm
Thu: 1pm-8pm
Fri: 12:30pm-7pm What We're Looking For
Time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer Experience in manufacturing / production / FMCG / industrial environments Strong electrical fault finding Confident with installs, panels, circuits and 3-phase systems Able to work from wiring diagrams Some mechanical knowledge (pneumatics, belts, bearings, etc.) Positive, proactive and team-focused mindset Able to work independently when required Ideal Backgrounds Include: Food production | Print & packaging | FMCG | Manufacturing | Engineering | Automation | Heavy industry If you're looking for long-term stability, a supportive team and a role with variety, overtime and Fridays that finish early - this one's for you.
