CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join an established building services company based in North West London, London. These roles are situated within a commercial office environment, where you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance as part of an experienced maintenance team.

Vacancy Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 40 hours per week Ongoing temp £25 per hour Key Responsibilities

Small electrical installations, fault-finding, and lighting maintenance Emergency lighting testing Control panel maintenance Replacing ballasts Monitoring the BMS (Building Management System) for heating and cooling systems General M&E and fabric maintenance Logbook updates and compliance reporting Basic plumbing tasks (e.g. unblocking toilets) Maintenance of pumps, motors, and other building systems Requirements City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Installations 18th Edition qualification Ability to provide copies of relevant trade certificates Proven experience in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled with a proactive, hands-on approach Strong communication skills and client-facing experience To apply, please send an up-to-date copy of your CV to Tom Gotts at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
