The Opportunity

Join a well-established, family-oriented manufacturing business with a low staff turnover and excellent working culture. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of 5 engineers, working across a range of legacy and modern machinery used in printing, packaging, and production.

What You’ll Do

Electrical and mechanical breakdown response Planned preventative maintenance (PPM & CBM) Fault finding on production machinery Installations, upgrades, relocations, modifications Working with single and three-phase systems Supporting project work and machine improvements Collaborating with production and engineering teams

Machinery & Systems Include:

Conveyors, print & packaging lines Motors, drives, control panels PLC-controlled equipment (Siemens/Allen Bradley etc.) Pneumatics, belts, bearings, pumps Automation equipment & sensors

Shift Pattern (Weekly Rotation)

Mornings: Mon–Wed: 6am–2pm Thu: 6am–1pm Fri: 6am–12:30pm Afternoons: Mon–Wed: 2pm–10pm Thu: 1pm–8pm Fri: 12:30pm–7pm

What We’re Looking For

✔ Time-served Electrical Maintenance Engineer ✔ Experience in manufacturing / production / FMCG / industrial environments ✔ Strong electrical fault finding ✔ Confident with installs, panels, circuits and 3-phase systems ✔ Able to work from wiring diagrams ✔ Some mechanical knowledge (pneumatics, belts, bearings, etc.) ✔ Positive, proactive and team-focused mindset ✔ Able to work independently when required
