We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive engineer to play a key role in maintaining and improving site performance on a Monday to Friday days-based shift.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform preventive and reactive electrical maintenance on plant machinery and equipment
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults on automated and semi-automated lines
* Support site projects and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and food safety standards
* Keep accurate records of work carried out via CMMS
* Liaise with production and technical teams to minimise downtime and maintain operational targets
About you:
* NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or FMCG environment
* Strong knowledge of electrical fault-finding, control panels, sensors, motors, etc.
* Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and solutions-focused
