new product innovation ? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking manufacturer leading the way in powered and battery-powered equipment development. Youll play a key role in shaping next-generation technologies and supporting full lifecycle product delivery
from concept through to launch. The Role
As an Electrical NPI Manufacturing Engineer, youll: Lead the technical development of powered and battery-powered systems, ensuring robust, compliant, and scalable product solutions.
Work closely with design, innovation, and production teams to test prototypes, validate performance, and support manufacturing readiness.
Provide specialist input into electrical design, battery integration, and product testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Support customer trials, produce technical documentation, and contribute to continuous product improvement.
Act as a technical mentor and collaborate across teams to drive best practice and innovation.
About You
Youll bring as an Electrical NPI Manufacturing Engineer: Degree or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
Strong experience (5 years) in electrical/electronic product development and manufacturing.
Proven track record taking products from concept to production.
Knowledge of Li-Ion battery systems (highly advantageous).
Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills.
A proactive, self-starting approach with great attention to detail.
