Electrical Shift Engineer
to support a high-profile commercial site in Euston. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a client-facing, corporate environment with a strong focus on technical excellence and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and HVAC systems
Operate and monitor building systems via BMS and alert platforms
Lead and support site technicians, ensuring high standards of service delivery
Maintain accurate documentation, shift logs, and handover reports
Liaise professionally with clients and internal teams
Drive energy efficiency and propose operational improvements
Manage incidents and ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs
Essential Requirements: Electrically qualified (City & Guilds 2382 - 18th Edition)
Strong background in commercial building maintenance
Hands-on experience with AHUs, BMS, HVAC, UPS, generators, and water systems
Excellent communication and IT skills
Desired Extras: HV experience
Familiarity with Safe Systems of Work (PTW, RAMS)
