My client is seeking an Electrical Shift Engineer to be based in a commercial building located in Wembley, North West London. A successful candidate will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ).  He or she will be required to carry out electrical maintenance across this unique commercial building. In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £50,000, further training and career progression.

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers - Re-set Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Monitor mechanical plant Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Water Treatment BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
