Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias looking for your next challenge? Join our clients team and play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of operations. About the Role: As an Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving a wide range of machinery and equipment. You'll work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and ensure safety and compliance across the site. Key Responsibilities: Perform reactive and planned maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs to minimise production disruption. Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to engineering projects. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards. Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used. What We're Looking For: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering (or similar). Proven experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of PLCs, control systems, and electrical schematics. A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
