A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a person to join an expanding Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) team to support the development of current and future EW Weapon Systems. This role will be responsible for EW system design, integration, and requirements authority, working closely with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Ensure EW capability within weapon systems is fit for purpose • Lead EW system design for elements of weapon systems • Manage EW requirements authority and collaborate with suppliers and customers • Support weapon system design, verification, integration, RF system design, threat analysis, and modelling & simulation • Deliver projects within required timescales and budget The ideal candidate would ideally have: • Strong understanding of systems engineering methods, toolsets, and processes • Experience in Weapon System systems design and validation preferred, or complex system product development experience • Experience across the full engineering development lifecycle • Experience carrying out systems integration • Understanding of Electromagnetic Countermeasures and Electromagnetic Support / Surveillance systems • Experience in capability assessments and road-mapping • Experience in requirements management toolsets (e.g. DOORS) • Prove...
