Deliver HW requirements through design, development, and testing activities.
Implement hardware architecture in physical and electrical form, fit, and function.
Support manufacturing and procurement during build phases by responding to Problem Reports and implementing Engineering Change Requests.
Define Hardware Test Specifications and Design Proving methods for qualification.
Define and apply EMC and Environmental Test Specifications.
Design and develop specialist test equipment when required.
Attend and manage off-site qualification testing (e.g., EMC, environmental).
Demonstrate compliance using IADT techniques and provide V&V evidence in requirements tools (e.g., DOORS).
Produce Test Reports, Certificates, and maintain technical compliance documentation.
Provide specialist knowledge on CE/UKCA marking, LV Directive, EMC & environmental certification, and RoHS/REACH.
Provide ad-hoc support for integration, installation, acceptance, and trials.
