As an Electronic Production Engineer, you will work to enhance the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of manufacturing processes. You will also collaborate with Engineering Development teams to ensure a seamless transition of new products from design through to production.ResponsibilitiesWork with Design and Development teams to identify and recommend enhancements to both products and production processes.Partner with R&D and Production teams to support the introduction of new products from initial concept through to manufacture.Diagnose and resolve production issues to reduce downtime and uphold product quality standards.Develop proposals and specifications for new production equipment.Coordinate with external suppliers and manufacturers of assembly equipment.Prepare assembly control plans, work instructions, SOPs, and other process-related technical documentation.Highlight opportunities for automation and assist in implementing new technologies into production workflows.Maintain adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.What We Need From YouDegree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or HND via apprenticeship in Electromechanical products (relevant experience will also be considered).Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing electro-mechanical assemblies.Knowledge and application of problem-solving techniques such as 5Why, 8D, and Root Cause Analysis, with a focus on implementing systemic corrective actions.Experience with PLM and CAD software (e.g. Siemens NX/Team Centre) and manufacturing systems.Proficient with sensor electronics, physics, and assembly automation.Analytical, creative, and practical approach to solving problems, with the ability to propose effective solutions.Benefits4pm finish on FridaysFlexible start and finish times32 days holiday (incl bank holidays) & opportunity to earn moreCompetitive salary (depending on experience)How to applyIf interested please send over an updated CV.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustries: Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
