Qualifications on completion of the apprenticeship Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship (e.g Welding/Fabrication) or equivalent Level 2 (min) NVQ. Fully proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in MAGS welding. Proficient in MMA welding. Proficient with Oxy
fuel gas cutting equipment. Proficient in slinging and signalling loads. Forklift operation. Desired Skills Good Education, GCSEs (or equivalent) 4/C or above in Maths and English. Be able to communicate effectively both written and orally. Have basic IT knowledge and skills. A pro-active approach to learning and upskilling Personal Qualities Hard-working and motivated Reliable and punctual Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail A positive can-do attitude and personal drive Willingness to learn To succeed, you will need A minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade 3 or above including English, Maths and another subject. Strong interpersonal skills, self-starting and motivated attitude with a curiosity to learn. A curiosity and ability to be adaptable to changing business requirements. Ability to absorb information, analyse problems, make fact-based decisions, and propose innovative solutions. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Keen eye for detail with excellent analytical and communication skills.
