Our Product & Tech Team is 50 and counting, spanning Product Design, Product Management, Software Engineering, Infrastructure and QA. Guiding the Product & Tech Function to achieve our goals
Ensuring Board Intelligence delivers the impact our clients need and expect
You will work with Product and Engineering teams to develop AI features across our products. Lead rigorous experimentation (hypothesis, testing, iteration) to optimise AI feature performance and prove their value.
Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of AI tools and features, including their impact on customer outcomes and commercial results (ARR).
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop AI features, focusing on practical application and process improvement.
Python) to increase team capacity.
Stay informed on AI advancements relevant to our market, suggesting data-backed ideas for feature development.
Translate high-level ideas into actionable projects and proactively solve challenges in their implementation.
P roven ability to apply scientific methods to AI prompting for repeatable, high-quality results.

Technical aptitude to understand discussions with engineering teams.
