We are working on expanding our network across the United Kingdom, and we’re looking for the right people to help us get it done.
Reporting to the Head of IT, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise IT Infrastructure Engineer to help us in delivering an exceptional IT experience to our rapidly expanding team spread across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
- Management and configuration of our Microsoft 365 / Entra ID environment, including BAU troubleshooting and configuration of services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
- Management and configuration of MDM solution for Windows, Mac, iOS, and iPadOS, including deployment of applications and other configuration profiles
- Management and configuration of company-wide ZTNA solution to provide secure access to sensitive resources
- Design, implementation, ongoing management of monitoring systems and solutions
- Ongoing improvements to Enterprise Security to aid compliance with ISO 27001, TSA, and other applicable Information Security standards
- Installation and ongoing management of Enterprise Applications (SaaS and EUT)
- Collaboration with our Platform Team to integrate Enterprise IT with Cloud Infrastructure
- Ongoing management of our password management solution
- Expertly handling Tier 3 BAU support
- Automation of as much of the above as is humanly possible
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, including PIM, Conditional Access, SSO, RBAC
- Experience with management and deployment of MDM solutions such as Intune, Mosyle, and/or Jamf
- Some experience with using monitoring platforms to visualise and detect issues (some or all of: Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, ElasticSearch)
- Experience writing PowerShell or Python scripts or applications is a bonus
- Capable of communicating complex technical topics to end-users in a simple and digestible way
- Experience with SIEM systems
- Experience working in an ISO 27001 (or similar) compliant environment is highly advantageous
