Role Requirements

• Administer and maintain environment systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Implement approved changes while proactively identifying and acting on improvements.
• Monitor systems performance closely and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Support and collaborate with a multi-skilled agile team across environments and services.
• Participate in shift coverage to ensure continuous service availability.

Skills & Experience as an Environment Engineer

• Strong experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory services.
• Knowledge of VMware environments including ESXi, VirtualCentre, and Horizon.
• Hands-on experience in certificate services and security configurations.
• Ability to adapt to shift-based schedules in a proactive and collaborative way.
• A problem-solving mindset and willingness to share knowledge within the team.
