Are you a proactive and skilled maintenance professional with a passion for continuous improvement? We're looking for a dedicated Asset Care Technician / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in St. Helens. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our production assets.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure all tasks are carried out safely, adhering to HSHE standards and safe working practices. Respond promptly and effectively to production breakdowns. Identify root causes of issues and implement long-term solutions. Recommend and support improvements to production machinery in line with a continuous improvement culture. Complete planned Asset Care/TPM activities. Participate in and manage key engineering projects and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Level 3 or higher qualification in Electrical Engineering. Proven experience maintaining industrial equipment. Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. Solid mechanical knowledge, with experience in pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Good understanding of PLC systems. FLT/MEWP certification is desirable but not essential.
