OverviewESN Engineer role at Ericsson. The position involves owning a designated group of sites within a four-person team, proactively maintaining sites and collaborating with other ESN engineers and the wider FSO team to boost network resilience and availability. The role requires a flexible schedule, 24/7 on-call rotation, and potential shift work. Travel and stays away from home for service recovery may be required, especially on remote islands. In a major network event, you should be prepared to lead recovery in your own and adjoining areas.
