This creative technical production company is currently in an exciting phase of growth and expansion. They’ve recently moved into a brand-new warehouse, invested heavily in new equipment, and are building their in-house projects team across all disciplines.

They work with a wide range of clients, delivering everything from festivals and exhibitions to ice rinks and award shows. Their portfolio is diverse and dynamic, and they’re passionate about producing exceptional live event experiences.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an Event Production Engineer to join their talented team. This is a hybrid role, combining office, warehouse, and on-site work, with varied responsibilities to keep you engaged.

As an Event Production Engineer, you'll be responsible for prepping, operating, and de-rigging technical equipment for live events, ensuring seamless project execution. You'll collaborate with other engineers and crew, occasionally leading smaller projects or supporting larger ones both technically and operationally.

When not on-site, you'll contribute to warehouse and office tasks, including equipment preparation and maintenance, design and patch plans, and logistics such as deliveries and collections. This role suits someone proactive, adaptable, and eager to be involved in all aspects of a growing company's workload.

You should be passionate about live events and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and longer hours when required (with appropriate notice). Overtime is paid at an enhanced rate, with flexibility to buy back time if approved.
