Overview We are looking for a Fabric Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Fire Door PPM service and repairs Repairs and maintenance to building fabric Minor repair and maintenance of tiling, walls and ceiling Remedial minor building works Painting and decorating projects (as and when required) Flooring repair and new installations Basic plumbing repairs Basic plastering Stock management of site consumables

Qualifications

Qualified to a City & Guilds or NVQ in a fabric trade, such as carpentry, painting and decorating, etc Previous experience of working as a fabric technician
