FM Service Provider - Brand New Site - East London - up to £35,000 per annum
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in East London, London. CBW is recruiting a Fabric Engineer to work at a newly built exhibition centre in East London. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of most general fabric trades ideally with expereince in basic plumbing. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, overtime and further training.
Package & Working hours Up to £35,000 Monday to Friday 08:00 am
17:00 pm 25 days holiday + Bank holidays Further training Company pension Key Duties & Responsibilities General fabric repairs Furniture moves porterage Painting & Decorating Basic lighting Fixing Furniture Hanging Pictures & Shelves Maintain and update Log books Assist the maintenance team on site e.g PPMs, fire alarm tests, tap temp checks, flushing Escort sub-contractors To undertake basic Fabric duties which would include touching up paintwork, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc. Requirements NVQ in a relevant trade - Pluming, Carpentry, Painting etc(Desirable) Knowledge of commercial building maintenance An understanding of most building fabric duties Good communication skills Health & Safety experience Basic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use) Ability to deliver excellent customer service Self-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workload If you are interested, please email your CV to Archie Reed of CBW Staffing Solutions TPBN1_UKTJ
