OverviewWe\'re looking for a Fabric Engineer to join our Cambridgeshire Facilities Maintenance team. This role is based in Cambridgeshire. Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (some flexibility on hours available if desired; please let us know when you speak to us).ResponsibilitiesSurveying and assessing building fabric elements across multiple facilities to identify issues and recommend maintenance or improvements.Supporting delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Collaborating with site teams and clients to ensure smooth delivery of works and exceptional customer service.Producing reports and recommendations for minor works, scoping requirements in line with contractual KPIs.Ensuring all work adheres to statutory requirements and internal policies.Requirements/QualificationsProven experience in a fabric-biased maintenance or surveying role.Hold a valid driving licence and be flexible to travel across sites.Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload, including contributing to emergency response rotas.Equality, Diversity and Additional InformationMaking Kier a diverse and inclusive place to work is a priority for us.
