Are you ready to bring your defence background and technical expertise to a dynamic role with nationwide travel?

Do you have a civil service, MOD, or defence company background, SC clearance (or clearable), and experience in cabling or fibre testing?

As a field-based engineer, you’ll provide invaluable technical support and expertise in data communications. This role involves UK-wide travel, usually away from home Monday to Friday, offering a competitive salary of around £35,000 (with flexibility for the right person).

You’ll be a key part of our team, bringing your defence background and technical skills to the forefront.

You’ll provide installation and commissioning engineering services for MOD/Gov systems, often at short notice.

You’ll support our business generation efforts and be a lead field representative, providing training to other engineers.

• Offer dedicated knowledge and skills in data communications, from simple e-mail applications to complex computer networks involving routers and switches.
• Provide installation and commissioning engineering support for MoD/Gov systems, often with short notice requirements.
• Lend technical support to business generation activities related to our products.
• Support MoD Systems with the build and test of new or repaired systems.
• Lead field representative for installations, including training other engineers.
