We’re hiring a Field Application Engineer (FAE) to serve as a frontline technical expert across pre-sales, solution deployment, and ongoing customer support. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position centered on advanced RF systems — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, networks, and customer success.

You’ll work closely with sales, engineering, and clients to ensure smooth technical delivery from first contact through to post-deployment support, across both U.S. and international markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide expert technical support throughout the sales lifecycle (pre-sales and post-sales)
• Participate in customer meetings to scope requirements, advise on solutions, and demonstrate technical capabilities
• Deliver and maintain customer training programs, both remotely and on-site
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation
• Draft task plans, technical documentation, and post-engagement reports
• Support live product demos, trade shows, and field-based events
• Maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards in all environments
• Work cross-functionally with engineering teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery
• Report to the U.S. Customer Success Lead, supporting sales and adoption through technical enablement

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training
• Strong knowledge of RF systems and the radio frequency spectrum
• Solid grounding in networking protocols (TCP/IP, routing, network diagnostics, etc.)
• Field engineering experience in system setup, testing, or deployment
• Experience developing and delivering structured technical training
• Familiarity with safety best practices and risk assessments in field environments

• A hands-on technical professional who’s confident in front of customers
• Clear communicator — both written and verbal — with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to prioritize, troubleshoot on the fly, and adapt to dynamic environments
• Comfortable operating both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Willing to travel frequently across the U.S. and occasionally overseas for client support, demos, and training
