Description: * Perform reactive and proactive maintenance on multi-customer, multi-technology networks, ensuring agreed performance targets are met. * Participate in a 24/7 callout Rota. * MATS Climber, Rooftop Safety & Access, First Aid, RF and climbers medical Required. * Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate workload spikes and operational requirements for both reactive and planned work outside core hours. * Work independently and collaboratively within the FSO and wider teams to ensure right-first-time resolutions in line with customer SLAs, while maintaining safe working practices. * Carry out field-based installation, commissioning, and integration activities in support of agreed FSO project work.
BTS, microwave and transmission
* Basic communication skills and Full understanding of H&S rules and regulations working on site.
