Role Overview:

To maintain, repair and promote products on site and in a workshop environment.

Company Overview:

A leading manufacturer specializing in plant equipment, known for its innovation and reliability in construction and earthworks.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure all repair / maintenance work is carried out to the highest level.

* Support customers with issues and defects on Technology Solutions.

* Communicate with customer regarding the progress of repair work and any machine defects

* To make sure that job reports are raised and processed when work is complete.

* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance to our Health and Safety Policy.

* Ensure parts needed / defects to machines are reported to the Service Supervisor / Service & Solutions Department

* Ensure Service vehicle is kept in good clean condition and serviced when needed.

* Support Sales Team with machine demonstrations, handovers and installations

* Carry out technical training for dealers and customers

* Identify any upselling potential for services, parts and machines

Requirements:

* 5 Years industry experience on construction plant

* NVQ 2 or above in construction plant (or equivalent)

* Holds a clean drivers license (minimum 3 years)

* Strong electrical and hydraulic knowledge

* Good customer service and communication skills
