With a strong reputation for innovation and reliability due expanding its UK engineering team and is seeking experienced Mobile Plant Engineers to join their growing operation.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company that offers full training, career progression, and a supportive team environment.The Package:Door to door paid with all travel time and expenses paid for32 days annual leave (including bank holidays)Employer pension contribution at 4%Call out rota from October to March (1 in 4/5 weeks on call) - GBP145 call out allowance + additional GBP125 per Bank Holiday on callOccasional overnight stays required with accommodation and food paid for (GBP25 per night) + occasional trips abroadLife Assurance and Health Care SchemeCompany van, fuel card, mobile phone, and laptop providedSalary Sacrifice Scheme for an additional 5 days annual leaveFull training and development with clear progression routesThe Responsibilities:Attend customer sites to carry out servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on specialist plant and municipal equipmentIdentify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficientlyPerform routine maintenance and safety inspections to ensure equipment reliabilityProvide technical advice and support to customers on equipment usage and upkeepMaintain accurate service records and documentation for all work completedLiaise with the internal engineering team to share insights and improve service deliveryThe Requirements:Background in Plant, HGV, Automotive, or Agricultural engineering (essential)Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systemsExperience working with engines and fault-finding tools is advantageousRecognised engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds) are desirableFull UK Driving Licence is essentialHGV licence preferred or willingness to obtain one (training support available)Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in the fieldInteraction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
