FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER

Location: Outer London (see specific postcodes below)

What will you be doing?

• Working from home, receiving daily appointments via a tablet device. Your van will be stocked overnight by couriers.
• Visiting customers with prearranged appointments to perform servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and commissioning for warranty and contract customers.
• Delivering excellent customer service and top-quality solutions.
• Receiving full product training but confidently performing diagnostics.

On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for:

• Visiting customer properties for diagnostics, breakdowns, emergency repairs, and annual servicing.
• Providing excellent customer service through effective communication.
• Managing your workload of daily appointments via a tablet device.
• Managing van stock, returning faulty parts, and organizing new stock in the van.

About you:

To succeed, you should have:

• Domestic Gas ACS Certification or equivalent.
• Full Driving License.
• Experience in servicing, repair, and maintenance of gas boilers.
