Service Engineer – Rotating Equipment

Location: South East (Field Based)

Salary: Up to £48,000 + optional overtime

Overtime: Weekdays at 1.5x | Sundays at 2x

No on-call rota | Overtime is optional

Role Overview

We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our growing team, supporting clients across the Southeast with the maintenance, repair, and installation of rotating equipment. This is a field-based role offering excellent pay, flexible overtime, and no on-call commitments. Key Responsibilities

* Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, motors, gearboxes, fans, compressors)

* Carry out routine maintenance, fault finding, and emergency breakdown support

* Install and commission new equipment at client sites

* Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate documentation

* Liaise with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

* Adhere to health & safety standards and company procedures

* Travel across the Midlands region (company vehicle provided)

* Proven experience working with rotating equipment in industrial or engineering settings

* Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills...
