Pertemps Recruitment are excited to be working with a well-established, national organisation specialising in fire safety systems. Were looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join their growing maintenance team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, problem-solving on site, and providing outstanding customer service. Youll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and modifications on fire alarm systems across your regional area.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance on fire alarm and fire safety systems to the highest standards. Respond to emergency call-outs and unscheduled work, meeting agreed service levels. Diagnose faults and complete remedial work efficiently. Maintain accurate service worksheets and reports, ensuring compliance with BS5839 and company procedures. Provide professional, customer-focused service at all times.
