Trusted by some of the UK's largest retailers, we're expanding our team of dedicated professionals. The Role As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the face of our company, visiting customer sites across the UK to replace and swap out retail IT devices. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality service, maintaining van stock, and ensuring all procedures and documentation are followed precisely. This is a mobile role requiring significant driving, so a

clean driving licence is essential . Key Responsibilities Perform on-site swap outs of IT equipment in line with customer contracts. Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times. Collect parts from courier depots as needed. Manage and audit van stock regularly. Follow strict procedures for parts handling and returns. Support project installations and business needs. Use company call management systems effectively. Complete all paperwork to customer specifications. Adhere to health and safety protocols on-site. Attend training and meetings at Head Office when required.
