You will provide a good level of customer service through product knowledge and customer interaction.Location: Northallerton, UK, covering North England.Main tasks and responsibilitiesComplete all service, repair, warranty and inspection jobs allocated daily, to a high quality standardBuild strong rapport and relationships with customers, through professional behaviour and customer-focused mindsetRespond to routine enquiries from customers about the technical aspects of the organisation’s products and servicesComplete all job related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner to ensure correct invoicing to the customerTroubleshoot, investigate, and resolve standard technical problems that arise, ensure ongoing customer satisfactionDevelop skills and knowledge of the organisation’s products and serviceCarry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions and in compliance with the company\'s safety rules / procedures and with regulations and codes of practiceSupport the company’s efforts to reduce accidents / incidents by reporting unsafe actions or conditions and participating in Safety Walks, Safety Audits and 5S events as requiredWhat you’ll need to succeedIdeally, you have proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
