About the Job As a Field Service Engineer, the successful applicant will join a dynamic service team providing: * Installation and operator training for scientific instruments and software * Preventative maintenance, system qualifications (IQ/OQ), and diagnostics * Technical support and troubleshooting * Assistance with product demonstrations and customer communications * Pre- and post-sales support This Sheffield-based position would suit someone with a strong background in scientific instrumentation, particularly HPLC or Liquid Scintillation Counting, who is keen to move into or further develop a field service engineering career. Key Requirements Essential: * Industry experience with Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) or Liquid Scintillation Counting * Full UK driving licence * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally * Computer proficiency * Ability to work independently Desirable: * Background in the Pharmaceutical or Nuclear Medicine industries * Experience working with radioactivity Why Join?
