Omega are supporting forward-thinking company at the forefront of packaging technology, specialising in providing high-performance packaging equipment in their search for a Field Service Engineer to support an ever-growing portfolio of clients across the UK.

As a Field Service Engineer, your time will be split in the field and at site, and you will play a vital role in the delivery, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of state-of-the-art packaging equipment. Your expertise in Mitsubishi PLCs will be key in ensuring smooth operations, as you will be responsible for fault finding, system design, and ongoing support. This role involves frequent UK travel and occasional international assignments, offering variety and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery.

Key Responsibilities – Field Service Engineer

Commissioning new equipment at client sites, ensuring all machinery is fully operational and meets performance expectations. Troubleshooting electrical systems, including Mitsubishi PLCs, to identify and resolve issues.
